Current Full Year Seasonal Site Holders

November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026

Includes 12 month Site fee from November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026 and the 2026 five month summer season Utility fee from May 11th, 2025 to October 12th, 2026. 

 

Rates include site fee, convenience only 15 amp power, and water where available, refuse service, porta-potti service, RV septic dump station, use of resort amenities including beach, waterslides, boat launch and marina dock, and most Amberlite Wilderness Resort family events.
